General information

A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and then contact us at [email protected].

All fees will be collected in USD.

Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with registration.

Important notes:

At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE;
One author registration covers 1 paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
The 50% discounted second paper fee covers camera-ready submission only and does not cover attendance at the conference;
Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
Refunds are subject to a processing fee of 60 USD.
