Registration fees
All fees will be collected in USD.
Participants from Africa are eligible to register under the “Local Author Registration Fee” and/or the “Local Audience Registration Fee.“
A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and contact us at [email protected].
Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with registration.
Important notes:
- Every individual who wishes to attend the conference is required to register separately.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is free

- Article processing fee of 1 paper (Accepted Authors);

- After publishing, 30 days of free digital access to the digital proceedings and a 40% discount on the hard copy of proceedings.
Co-Author Online Registration Package
– available for co-authors of all submitted papers
- Virtual participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
- All conference paper PDFs downloadable from 4 days before the conference, until 14 days after;
- After publishing, 30 days of free digital access and a 40% discount on hard copy of proceedings;
Non-Author Online Registration Package
- Virtual participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
- All conference paper PDFs downloadable from 4 days before the conference, until 14 days after;
- Change of Invoice: 30 USD
- Extra Page Upload: 30 USD
